The Oliver Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Knoxville, just minutes from I-40 and I-275. McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is approximately 20 minutes away by car, with taxis, rideshares, and rental cars readily available for a direct route to the hotel.
Valet parking is offered at our Union Avenue entrance, and self-parking is available nearby at the Market Square Garage, with convenient access from Wall Avenue and Walnut Street. Getting here is easy—and staying here is effortless.
